Beta House #1 Turnover

We are excited to announce that Beta House #1 is now ready for turnover to its chosen recipients, Jay-Ar and Menchu Guardiana and their family. This milestone marks a significant achievement for our organization and the community.

Special Thanks to Alberta Real Estate Foundation

 

A special note of appreciation goes to the Alberta Real Estate Foundation, whose generous grant of $25,000 provided the final push needed to complete fundraising for our first build. Their support was instrumental in crossing the finish line in early 2025.

St. Paul Affordable Community Housing Society, also known as SPACH, has a goal to raise an estimated $100,000 this year with fundraising campaigns.  It will cost our organization approximately $9000 to raise these funds. The money raised will go towards the construction of a second single-family home - Beta #2. For further information, please contact Louise Severin at 780-614-3634.
